From calming hatha to energising vinyasa flow, find your yoga style at RH Studios as you develop strength, alignment and flexibility through guided movement.

All classes end with shivasana, chanting or mediation, ensuring you leave with a sense of balance and grounding.

We suggest arriving 10 minutes before your class begins to settle in. Mats and yoga blocks are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing a warm layer for cool down.

Develop your stamina and speed while strengthening and toning your body. Box HIIT is a fun, full-body workout that combines elements of boxing with interval training.

Drills focus on movement, strength and agility, and classes guide you through a range of fast pace series to bring your energy up— and leave you feeling fitter and stronger.

All classes are 50 minutes and take place in our spacious and light-filled Studio 1.

A sound bath is a powerful way to help your mind, body and soul relax and rejuvenate. Immersion in the sound bath brings a heightened sensory awareness. This creates an immediate sense of calm, a feeling that can also be brought into everyday life.

Sound baths at RH Studios are a safe, nurturing space. We recommend bringing warm layers because when your heartbeat lowers, so does your core temperature.

HIIIT (High Intensity Intentional Interval Training) classes bring together the challenge of high-intensity workouts with the connection and calm of mindfulness practices.

High intensity drills are challenging but achievable, and each movement is performed mindfully and with an emphasis on technique. Cycle classes are one of the most effective ways to develop fitness and stamina quickly, and our instructors will warm you up and push you to the edge of your comfort zone before bringing you back down to earth with a cool down.

Pilates improves posture and lengthens and tones muscles throughout the body by working with the back, stomach and pelvic floor muscles. Pilates at RH Studios helps clients to reach their personal goals, whether that’s increasing overall strength and flexibility, recovering from injury or preparing for giving birth.

Pilates is well known to rehabilitate and strengthen the back and supporting muscles, and the practice focuses on alignment and centring.
